  Frustrating! After more than 10 years of buying all my greeting cards here, suddenly I'm given some run around story about a new managment policy that I can't redeem my rewards certificates when I'm using a coupon. I understand the policy of using only one coupon...but a rewards certificate has always been treated as tender. It is not a coupon. I am very disappointed and angry about this. I will take my rewards certificate and my business elsewhere.
